The NORTON diamond product manufacturing facility in Bascharage (Luxembourg) perfectly illustrates these values.

• The health and safety of employees, who are regarded as our best asset, is paramount and procedures are certified to OHSAS 18001:1999 by the organisation TÜV. 
• TÜV also certifies the facility with regard to atmospheric and water emissions and the management of waste to ISO standard 14001:2004.

Substantial investments have been made to automate and develop the manufacturing processes at the Bascharage facility resulting in it becoming one of the most advanced and efficient diamond product manufacturing plants in the world. The products are shipped via NORTON and Saint-Gobain subsidiaries all over the world.
